1. Platform Role
Vital InnoTech Limited ("we", "us", "the Company") operates the website www.vitalinnotech.com and the LifeTag mobile application (collectively, "the Platform"). The Platform serves as a marketplace intermediary connecting Users with Service Partners ("Partners") for workshops, equipment rental, VR experiences, and community services.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
3. Services
We provide the following services through the Platform:
- Equipment Rental — 360° cameras, VR headsets, accessories, and complete bundles
- Workshops & Training — AI, VR, and 360° camera workshops for the community
- LifeTag AI Assistant — AI-powered personal assistant app for elderly and caregivers
- SilverView Program — 360° VR elderly empowerment program
4. Booking & Payment
4.1 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Online Payment — Via AsiaPay (PayDollar) — credit/debit card. All online transactions are processed securely through AsiaPay's PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your card details.
- FPS / Bank Transfer
- Cash — Payable on collection
All prices are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Booking Types
- Online payment — Booking confirmed immediately upon successful payment
- Cash payment — Booking confirmed upon order creation; payment due at collection
- Deposit — Required for equipment rentals; refundable upon return in good condition
5. Equipment Rental Terms
- Minimum rental period: 1 day
- Security deposit required for all rentals
- Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received
- Late returns may incur additional daily rental charges
- Damage or loss will be charged at the damage/replacement price listed
- Bundle items (e.g. camera kits) affect availability of their individual components
6. Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation policy applies to all bookings on our platform:

| 2–4 working days before scheduled date | 50% refund |
| On or after the scheduled date (day of collection/service) | No refund |
"Working days" = Mon–Fri, excluding HK public holidays. For full refund details, please see our Refund Policy.
7. Partner Obligations
- Partners must ensure listing accuracy and honour confirmed bookings
- Cancellations initiated by Vital InnoTech always result in a 100% refund to the User
- Partners are responsible for compliance with applicable Hong Kong laws
8. AI Assistant Disclaimer
The LifeTag AI assistant provides machine-generated responses for informational purposes only. Users should verify all information, especially regarding bookings, services, and partner details, before taking action. The Company is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
9. Limitation of Liability
Vital InnoTech Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
10. Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute regarding any booking or service:
- Submit a dispute within 14 days of the service date
- Vital InnoTech will mediate between the User and Partner
- We aim to respond within 5 business days
- For formal disputes, the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region shall have exclusive jurisdiction
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

輝途創科有限公司(「本公司」)經營網站 www.vitalinnotech.com 及 LifeTag 流動應用程式(統稱「平台」)。平台作為市場中介,連結用戶與服務夥伴(「夥伴」),提供工作坊、設備租借、VR體驗及社區服務。
2. 接受條款
使用本平台即表示您同意受本條款約束。如不同意,請勿使用我們的服務。
3. 服務
我們通過平台提供以下服務:
- 設備租借 — 360°相機、VR頭顯、配件及完整套裝
- 工作坊及培訓 — AI、VR及360°相機社區工作坊
- LifeTag AI 助手 — 為長者及照顧者而設的AI個人助理應用程式
- 銀齡行者計劃 — 360° VR長者充能計劃
4. 預約及付款
4.1 付款方式
我們接受以下付款方式:
- 網上付款 — 通過 AsiaPay (PayDollar) — 信用卡/扣帳卡。所有網上交易均通過 AsiaPay 符合 PCI-DSS 標準的支付網關安全處理。我們不會儲存您的卡資料。
- 轉數快 / 銀行轉帳
- 現金 — 取件時付款
所有價格以港幣(HKD)報價,另有說明除外。
4.2 預約類型
- 網上付款 — 付款成功後即時確認預訂
- 現金付款 — 建立訂單後確認預訂;取件時繳款
- 按金 — 設備租借必須繳付;完好歸還後可退還
5. 設備租借條款
- 最短租借期:1日
- 所有租借均需繳付按金
- 設備須以收取時的相同狀態歸還
- 逾期歸還可能產生額外每日租金
- 損壞或遺失將按列明的損壞/更換價格收取費用
- 套裝項目(如相機套件)會影響其個別組件的供應量
6. 取消政策
以下取消政策適用於本平台所有預訂:

| 預定日期前 5 個或以上工作天 | 全額退款 (100%) |
| 預定日期前 2 至 4 個工作天 | 50% 退款 |
| 預定日期當天或之後(取件/服務當日) | 不予退款 |
「工作天」指星期一至五,不包括香港公眾假期。有關退款的完整詳情,請參閱我們的退款政策。
7. 夥伴義務
- 夥伴必須確保列表準確性並履行已確認的預訂
- 由輝途創科發起的取消將始終向用戶提供全額退款
- 夥伴有責任遵守適用的香港法律
8. AI 助手免責聲明
LifeTag AI 助手僅提供機器生成的回應作資訊用途。用戶在採取行動前應核實所有資訊,特別是有關預約、服務和夥伴詳情。本公司對基於AI生成內容所作的決定不承擔責任。
9. 責任限制
Vital InnoTech Limited 對因使用我們服務而產生的任何間接、附帶、特殊、後果性或懲罰性損害不承擔責任。我們的總責任不超過您為相關特定服務支付的金額。
10. 爭議解決
如您對任何預訂或服務有爭議:
- 請在服務日期起 14 天內提出爭議
- 輝途創科將在用戶與夥伴之間進行調解
- 我們的目標是在 5 個工作天內回覆
- 如需正式爭議解決,香港特別行政區法院擁有專屬管轄權
11. 修改
我們保留隨時修改本條款的權利。重大更改將通過平台通知。更改後繼續使用即表示接受。
12. 適用法律
本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄並據此解釋。
