1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

The following cancellation policy applies to all equipment rentals, service bookings, and product purchases on our platform. The refund amount depends on when you cancel relative to the scheduled collection/service date.

"Working days" refers to Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays.

2. How to Cancel

You may cancel a booking through any of the following methods:

  • LifeTag App — Go to your orders and tap "Cancel"
  • Email: Send cancellation request with your booking reference number — [email protected]
  • WhatsApp — Message with your booking reference — +852 6034 5538

3. Refund Processing

3.1 Online Payments

Refunds for online payments are processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

3.2 Cash / QR Code Payments

For cash or QR code payments (PayMe, Alipay HK, WeChat Pay, FPS), refunds will be arranged via bank transfer or at our office during business hours.

3.3 Security Deposits

Equipment rental deposits are refunded in full upon return of equipment in good condition. If equipment is damaged or returned late, deductions may apply as per our Terms of Service.

4. Cancellations by Vital InnoTech

If Vital InnoTech cancels your booking for any reason (e.g. equipment unavailability, event cancellation), you will receive a 100% full refund regardless of the cancellation window.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • No-shows — Failure to collect equipment or attend a booked service without prior cancellation
  • Late cancellation — Cancellation made on or after the scheduled date
  • Special promotions — Bookings made with certain promotional codes may have modified refund terms as stated at checkout

6. Disputes

If you believe a refund was incorrectly processed or you wish to dispute a charge:

  • Contact us within 14 days of the service/collection date
  • Include your booking reference number, order details, and any supporting evidence
  • We will review and respond within 5 business days

1. 取消及退款政策

以下取消政策適用於本平台所有設備租賃、服務預訂及產品購買。退款金額取決於您在預定取件/服務日期前多久取消。

取消時限退款金額
預定日期前 5 個或以上工作天 全額退款 (100%)
預定日期前 2 至 4 個工作天 50% 退款
預定日期當天或之後(包括取件/服務當日) 不退款(收取全額費用)

「工作天」指星期一至五,不包括香港公眾假期。

2. 如何取消

您可以通過以下方式取消預訂:

  • LifeTag App — 前往您的訂單並點擊「取消」
  • 電郵:發送取消請求並附上預訂編號 — [email protected]
  • WhatsApp — 發送訊息並附上預訂編號 — +852 6034 5538

3. 退款處理

3.1 網上付款

網上付款的退款將退回至原始付款方式。退款可能需要 5 至 14 個工作天才會顯示在您的帳單上。

3.2 現金 / 二維碼付款

現金或二維碼付款(PayMe、支付寶HK、微信支付、轉數快)的退款將通過銀行轉帳或在辦公時間內到我們的辦公室安排。

3.3 按金

設備租賃按金將在設備完好歸還後全額退還。如設備損壞或逾期歸還,可能會根據我們的服務條款扣除費用。

4. 由輝途創科取消

如輝途創科因任何原因取消您的預訂(例如設備無法提供、活動取消),無論取消時限如何,您將獲得全額退款。

5. 不予退款的情況

  • 缺席 — 未事先取消而未取件或未出席已預訂的服務
  • 逾期取消 — 在預定日期當天或之後提出取消
  • 特別推廣 — 使用特定推廣碼進行的預訂可能有修改的退款條款(以結帳時所示為準)

6. 爭議

如您認為退款處理有誤或希望對收費提出異議:

  • 請在服務/取件日期起 14 天內聯絡我們
  • 附上您的預訂編號、訂單詳情及支持證據
  • 我們將在 5 個工作天內審核並回覆
