3. Payment Processing

Online payments are processed securely through AsiaPay (PayDollar), a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.

• Vital InnoTech does not store your credit/debit card details.
• Payment data is transmitted directly to AsiaPay via encrypted channels
• AsiaPay processes transactions in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD)

4. Marketplace Data Sharing

When you book a service or rent equipment through our Platform, we share necessary information with the relevant Service Partner to fulfil your booking. This may include:

• Your name and contact details (phone, email)
• Booking dates, time slots, and selected services
• Collection/return details for equipment rentals

Partners are contractually required to use this information solely for booking fulfilment and not for independent marketing purposes.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with:

• Service Partners — for booking fulfilment (see Section 4)
• AsiaPay — for payment processing (see Section 3)
• Cloud service providers (AWS, Firebase) — for app hosting and authentication
• Law enforcement — when required by law or to protect our rights

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), secure server infrastructure, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies for language preference storage and website analytics. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences. The LifeTag app uses Firebase for authentication and analytics.

8. Your Rights

Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong, you have the right to:

• Access your personal information
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
